Leave the poison room in cap kingdom

With the use of poison rolls, which allow mario to roll and longjump off of upward sloped poison by diving into it, it is possible to jump the gap between the starting and ending areas of the poison tide sub-area. This allows both the "Skimming the Poison Tide" and "Slipping Through the Poison Tide" moons to be collected without capturing a paragoomba, bringing the minimum captures maximum moon count from 516 to 518. This is the first time a new moon has been proven for minimum captures since October of 2021!
